Use LorAnn Pistachio Bakery Emulsion to add the taste of pistachio to any recipe calling for pistachio extract or flavor. This natural bakery emulsion is water-based flavoring where the flavor won’t bake out in cookies, cakes and sweet breads. LorAnn Bakery Emulsions add amazing flavor to frostings, candy fillings, custards and more! Use 1/2 teaspoon for every teaspoon your recipe calls for to achieve the same flavor!

NOTE: Bakery Emulsions are not for use in chocolate and will cause it to seize due to the water-base. If you are looking to add flavors to chocolate or candy coatings use our flavoring oils.
