Fancy Bow + Heart Mold
Bakers Party Shop carries this fancy bow + heart mold. Use this silicone heart mold with a pretty ribbon and bow accent for making heart shaped chocolate desserts, heart mousse cakes and filled chocolate cake gems. This flexible silicone dessert mold is versatile and can be used for making a variety of desserts and sweet confections for Valentine’s Day and special ocassions. CAVITY SIZE: approximately 2.55″ wide (65 mm)
INFO: Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.
TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set.
NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. If you are baking with this mold, spray lightly with non stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet to keep it level and to ease removal from the oven. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
