Oval Cake Bar Mold
Bakers Party Shop carries this fun silicone oval cake bar mold you can use to make cake gems, mousse cakes and even chocolate covered cookie dough bars. This flexible oval silicone mold is versatile and can be used for making a variety of desserts and sweet confections and even soap. CAVITY SIZE: 3 1/8″ x 2.5″ x 1″ deep
INFO: Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.
TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set.
NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
