Silicone Swirl Dessert Mold: Cinnamon Swirl
Bakers Party Shop carries this fun silicone swirl dessert mold that you can use for making mousse desserts, filled chocolate cake desserts and more! Doesn’t this dessert mold remind you of a cinnamon swirl bun?! This flexible silicone mold has a swirl detail on the top. Use this cake mold to make brownie bombs, filled cakes and more.
TIP: to make hot cocoa bombs you will need to add a chocolate disc to the bottom to close up the shape of the swirl chocolate shell as putting 2 of these shapes together may not work the best.

CAVITY SIZE: 2 x 1.5″
INFO: Working temps -60 to +240° C. Durable and safe for freezer, oven and microwave. Features non-stick and easy to release from the mold.
TIP FOR USE: coat the inside of the mold with chocolate, allow to set and then add a mousse and round of cake or brownie. Seal the bottom with more chocolate and allow to set.
NOTE: Hand wash only in hot soapy water and dry well before using. Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents. Do not use sharp utensils, use under a broiler, on a hot plate or near an open flame. If you are baking with this mold, spray lightly with non stick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet to keep it level and to ease removal from the oven. These molds are made of food grade silicone.
